Happy Holidays!

Hello Every Body!    It is Christmas week 2022!  Hope everyone is happy and looking forward to the week. Technically my company will be shut down, Though they may be trying to push more trucks off the lot to increase the end of the year numbers. But, I will be traveling to Florida to visit with my 91yr old Mother and my brother and his wife. It is my annual pilgrimage to the “hot as hell” section of the world called Florida. I will be doing some camping on the way down and back.  Unfortunately, much of the camping will be to places I have already been to before and have videos about.  I have made this trip 6 times now.  So, it probably will not produce much in the way of  campground reviews or  things to do in a place, unless, of course,  Akela mistakes an alligator for a stick and that would be interesting.  But, I may find something new to show you so stay tuned and subscribed.  This time of year is pretty slow for YouTube creators.  Especially travel videos creators as viewers really fall off the wagon.  And with so much going on, YouTube activity goes way down.  And, not just on my videos, I see 5 of the channels I subscribe to and watch weekly are signing off for mid- December to the end of January. I will continue to post and hope people will “catch up” binge watching in the spring.  I can’t stop or I may not pick it back up.

So to give something to bring you back during this cold miserable time when creating good videos is tough, I am going to see if anyone has any questions of me they want answered.  I am posting here and on my social media sites that if you have any kind of question you want to ask, I will answer them in a video and publish the video and a web post here January 10th.  So your task is to take the next 60 minutes to decide if there are any burning questions you want to know about me, Akela, YouTube, or anything else I can answer.  Then post it my Merry Christmas Video as a comment.  And one question to a comment.  You can do 3 questions, but each has to be a separate comment on the video(it helps the channel after all).   I will collect all the questions January 3rd and get them answered in a video to be posted January 10th.   You can ask any question, but if it violates the YouTube terms of use I will have to answer it on my website instead of in the video.  I have much more freedom on my website.  But of course I pay for the website, YouTube pays for me to attract you to the video.  So try to do both.

And with that, I wish you all a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, A delightful Kwanzaa, Fulfilling Boxing Day, Super Festivus, Spiritual Diwali, a Fruitful 1 Rajab, and a Happy Chinese New Year. But, most importantly, everyone have a great 2023 all year long. We hope to see you on the road!
